Job Summary:
Primary Focus:
Business processes and functional requirements
System maintenance and technical configuration
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
Process Design: Map workflows and optimize processes using NetSuite features.
Training & Support: Educate end-users and provide functional support.
User Management: Create roles, permissions, and manage access.
System Configuration: Customize dashboards, workflows, and saved searches.
Maintenance: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply updates.
Data Management: Import/export data, maintain data integrity.
Security & Compliance: Ensure proper controls and audit readiness.
Skills Needed:
Strong understanding of business operations (finance, supply chain, CRM).
Knowledge of NetSuite modules and best practices.
Communication and documentation skills.
Typical Goal:
Ensure NetSuite aligns with business processes and delivers value.
Keep the system running smoothly and securely
