About the role
AMA Computer College Inc. is seeking a full-time College Instructor (BSBA) to join our team in Baguio City, Benguet. As a College Instructor, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality tertiary education to our students, preparing them for successful careers in the business world.
What you'll be doing
Develop and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials and workshops for tertiary-level business administration courses
Design and grade assessments, projects and examinations to evaluate student performance and progress
Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students, helping them reach their full potential
Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies, industry trends and developments in the field of business administration
Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum and teaching practices
Participate in college administrative tasks and contribute to the overall success of the institution
What we're looking for
Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in teaching at the tertiary level, preferably in business administration subjects
Strong knowledge of current business trends, practices and technologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage students
A passion for education and a commitment to student-centered learning
Adaptability and a willingness to continuously learn and improve
