What Your Role Entails
Kick-start your ecology career on major energy transition, infrastructure, and precinct projects.
Gain hands-on experience delivering ecological assessments and supporting project teams on impactful environmental work.
Spend time in the field completing site-based work and travel during key parts of the year.
Build practical skills while contributing to ecology services across large, complex projects.

What You'll Need
You’ll be graduating in 2026 or have recently completed a degree in Environmental Science with a focus on Ecology, Botany, or Conservation.
A genuine passion for ecology, biodiversity, and delivering sustainable outcomes.
Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset.
A willingness to learn, take initiative, and build your career in a consulting environment.
Confidence working with others and building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
