What Your Role Entails 

• Kick-start your ecology career on major energy transition, infrastructure, and precinct projects. 

• Gain hands-on experience delivering ecological assessments and supporting project teams on impactful environmental work. 

• Spend time in the field completing site-based work and travel during key parts of the year.

What You'll Need 

• You’ll be graduating in 2026 or have recently completed a degree in Environmental Science with a focus on Ecology, Botany, or Conservation. 

• A genuine passion for ecology, biodiversity, and delivering sustainable outcomes. 

• Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset. 

• A willingness to learn, take initiative, and build your career in a consulting environment. 

• Confidence working with others and building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. 

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
