Accounting/Finance Manager

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field

Must be Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

At least 3- 5 years of experience in finance and accounting management

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.

Experience in handling accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliation

Proficient in Microsoft office and problem- solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Detailed- oriented, organized and trustworthy taxation

Knowledge of Philippine taxation, BIR regulations, and statutory compliance

Experience in preparing financial statements and management reports

Ability to monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting

Experience in audit coordination and compliance documentation

Strong background in financial analysis and cost control

Ability to develop and implement accounting policies and procedures

Experience in handling government remittances such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag -IBIG

Strong leadership and team management skills

High integrity and confidentiality in handling financial records

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies

Proficient in ERP systems or accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero

Capable of multitasking and managing multiple financial activities simultaneously

Willing to work onsite and render extended hours when necessary
