HEALTH COACH
Qualifications:
Certified Health and Wellness Coach or a background in Psychology/Counseling.
Deep understanding of habit formation science and behavioral change models.
Experience in stress management techniques (breathwork, meditation, biofeedback).
High emotional intelligence and the ability to build deep, trusting relationships with a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Data Translation: Translate complex results from the Nourish (DEXA, Metabolic Cart) and Movement (VO2 Max, 3D Motion) pillars into actionable, personalized daily habit protocols.
Behavioral Change Design: Apply evidence-based habit formation science to help members overcome psychological barriers to compliance with medical and nutritional prescriptions.
Biometric Advocacy: Review data from member wearables (e.g., Oura, Whoop, Apple Watch) to ensure lifestyle variables outside the facility align with longevity goals.
Multi-Specialty Collaboration: Participate in clinical rounds with the Longevity Lead Physicians and specialists to provide behavioral context and ensure a 360-degree approach to member care.
Structured Accountability: Provide consistent motivation and "navigation" support, conducting regular check-ins to troubleshoot obstacles and maintain long-term momentum.
Progress Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of behavioral shifts and lifestyle metrics within the member’s profile to track qualitative markers of longevity.
Restore Pillar Leadership: Facilitate on-site recovery sessions, including guided sound bath meditations, breathwork for nervous system regulation, and mindfulness-based yoga recovery.
Sleep & Circadian Architecture: Design and monitor "off-site" protocols for sleep hygiene, blue-light mitigation, and circadian rhythm alignment to optimize recovery and hormonal health.
Stress Management & Biofeedback: Implement somatic techniques and stress-reduction strategies to manage cortisol levels and improve Heart Rate Variability (HRV).
