Employment type: Project-based (6 months)

Shift: Night shift, Weekends Off

Salary: Up to PHP 80,000

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, CRM operations, systems support, or business applications support, including Salesforce Flows, workflow automation, user management, configurations, permissions, validation rules, and system enhancements
  • 2-3 years of QA and testing experience, including test case creation, UAT support, regression testing, release validation, and defect tracking
  • Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Sprint-based environments is highly preferred
  • Ability to support CRM workflows, operational processes, and continuous system improvements
  • Experience managing Salesforce data imports, exports, cleansing, deduplication, and overall data integrity
  • Proven experience building, optimizing, and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows, approval processes, and automation workflows
  • Strong background in troubleshooting system issues, resolving user concerns, and supporting deployments and enhancements
  • Strong accountability, responsiveness, and commitment to operational support and deliverables
  • Background in enterprise, consulting, or fast-paced environments is an advantage
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and stakeholder requests in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • Must be amenable to a project-based setup and permanent night shift schedule

Your Daily Tasks

  • Perform Salesforce configuration and administration tasks, including dashboards, reports, custom fields, validation rules, workflow rules, permissions, views, and automation enhancements
  • Maintain and improve CRM data quality, workflow efficiency, and operational processes within Salesforce
  • Review functional requirements and technical specifications to create test plans, testing scenarios, and detailed test cases
  • Provide Tier 1 Salesforce support, including troubleshooting issues, replicating errors, resolving user requests, and escalating complex concerns when necessary
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), QA validation, and regression testing within Salesforce environments
  • Track, document, and coordinate resolution of system bugs and defects with technical teams
  • Support ongoing system improvements, user support initiatives, and process optimization activities across Salesforce operations
  • Support release activities, change management processes, and preparation of user documentation or training materials
