Office located at LOT 2 BLOCK 6 PHASE 2 CAVITE ECONOMIC ZONE, TEJEROS CONVENTION, ROSARIO CAVITE (In front of Dong Ho, Inside Kangrim)

• Handles recruitment, employee records, and 201 files
• Processes payroll, attendance, and timekeeping
• Manages employee relations, discipline, and benefits
• Conducts meetings and monitors employee performance
• Handles general accounting, fixed assets, inventory, and leases
• Prepares journal entries, financial statements, and reports
• Performs account reconciliation and bank reconciliations
• Processes invoices, accounts payable/ receivable and petty cash
• Encodes financial data and maintains accurate records
• Transacts to the banks, payments
• Prepares reports, files for monthly external audit
• Prepares monthly reports and ensures timely submission
• Prepares/submits monthly, quarterly, annually reports to the related government agencies (SEC/BIR/PEZA/SSS/PAG-IBIG/PHILHEALTH)

URGENT HIRING

• Graduate of Vocational (2 year course) or BS Psychology/Human Resource or any other related course
• With experience in both HR-Admin and Accounting Tasks
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and can multitask
• Knowledgeable in Payroll, Bookkeeping, and financial reporting
• Knowledgeable in BIR reports
• Can work independently and with minimal supervision
• Can start ASAP
