Audit Supervisor

We are looking for an Audit Supervisor who is responsible for detecting shrinkage, identifying the root causes of variances, enforcing loss prevention policies, and generating performance reports to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Plan, schedule, and lead audit teams in conducting daily, weekly, or cycle counts across stores and warehouses.

• Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate stock variances, "red lines," and negative balances, tracing errors to their source to resolve discrepancies.

• Compliance & Loss Prevention: Enforce company policies and loss prevention procedures to minimize shrinkage and ensure proper inventory rotation.

• Reporting & Analysis: Analyze inventory turnover rates, compile physical count figures against system receipts/disbursements, and report findings to management.

• Asset Valuation: Coordinate monthly physical inventories and assist in ensuring items are accurately recorded and valued for financial auditing.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related business field.

• Experience: Atleast 3 years experience in internal or external auditing, with proven supervisory or senior-level exposure.

• Certifications: Professional credentials such as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), are highly preferred but not required.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities to clearly articulate complex risks to executive management.
