Graphic Artist
Key Responsibilities
Design digital marketing assets including social media content, EDMs, website banners/carousels, digital menus, and in-store digital displays.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop is required for design creation and production.
Ensure all creative materials follow brand guidelines and effectively communicate campaign messages.
Food and beverage industry experience is preferred but not required for this position.
Adapt and optimize designs for different digital platforms and formats.
Create printed marketing materials such as posters, flyers, price tags, acrylic inserts, menu boards, and mall advertising collaterals.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure proper artwork formatting, print quality, and color accuracy.
Print production knowledge would be advantageous for this role.
Prepare production-ready files and specifications for print vendors.
Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and shot lists for product shoots and marketing campaigns.
Source props and assist in managing creative requirements during photo and video shoots.
Ensure visual outputs align with campaign objectives and approved design concepts.
Coordinate with external agencies for social media creatives, reels, in-store videos, and KOL/content creator shoots.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, QA, R&D, and Franchise to align creative requirements.
Manage timelines, revisions, approvals, file organisation, and artwork archiving.
A minimum of 1-2 years of graphic design experience is required for this position.
A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
