Core Duties and Responsibilities
Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently input large volumes of alphanumeric and numeric information into company databases, spreadsheets, or internal systems.
Verification & Auditing: Review source documents before entry, checking for deficiencies, discrepancies, or missing information. Perform self-audits to correct errors, remove duplicates, and ensure alignment with original records.
File & Document Management: Organize, label, and maintain both physical and digital records so that information remains secure and easily accessible. Digitize documents by scanning, transcribing, or photocopying.
Data Security & Confidentiality: Comply with strict data integrity, privacy, and security policies to protect sensitive company and client information.
General Administrative Support: Assist the broader office team with basic administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, printing records, and generating reports upon request.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency: Strong typing speed and accuracy are essential.
Technical Software: Proficiency with productivity software like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) is typically required.
Attention to Detail: High capacity to focus on repetitive tasks without compromising on accuracy.
Time Management: Ability to self-manage, work with minimal supervision, and meet set daily or weekly deadlines.
