ACCOUNTING STAFF
To assist the Accounting Supervisor in the accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions of the branch office, in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Prepares vouchers and cheques for all disbursements of the main branch.
Assist the Branch Accountant in the conduct of surprise spot cash count of cash-on-hand of tellers/vault custodian, petty cash, inventory of ATM and accountable forms and cheque payments received by the branch/satellite office and ensures that these are properly deposited as they mature.
Assists the Branch Accountant in the checking of CFR Incentives.
Prepares payments to utilities, rentals, maintenance fees, security and janitorial expenses and other miscellaneous expenses of both the main branch and satellite offices.
Ensures timely affixture of DST withheld by the branch office.
Issues 2307 to suppliers and service providers.
Acts as alternate maker in all insta-credit transactions.
