Service Bay Business Specialist will drive the growth and commercial performance of Unioil’s service bay network, supporting station operators in delivering high-quality automotive care services to customers. Responsible for building business relationships, growing service revenue, and ensuring operational standards are upheld across assigned service bay outlets.
How You’ll Drive Success
Business Development & Sales
Identify and pursue opportunities to grow service bay revenue through new customer acquisition and existing account development
Develop and present business proposals to prospective clients, fleet accounts, and corporate partners
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales volume and revenue targets for assigned service bay outlets
Account Management & Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with service bay operators, lessees, and key clients
Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with Unioil standards
Provide business counseling and performance coaching to underperforming service bay outlets
Operations & Compliance
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply, technical) to support the rollout of promotions, product programs, and service campaigns
Ensure compliance with Unioil’s operational, safety, and brand standards across all assigned service bays
Prepare and submit weekly performance reports with key observations, market insights, and action plans
The Expertise You Bring
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Experience
At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or automotive/service industry operations
Familiarity with service bay, auto-repair, or lubrication service operations is a strong advantage
Skills & Competencies
Strong sales drive and ability to build and nurture client relationships
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
Willing to do field work and conduct regular outlet visits within Metro Manila and nearby areas
