Marketing and Digital Advertising VA

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Digital Advertising VA to support our growing marketing department. This role involves managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, building and optimizing nurture campaigns, and contributing to a broader digital lead generation strategy. The ideal candidate brings solid hands-on media buying experience and a well-rounded understanding of the digital marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads

  • Support the launch and ongoing management of YouTube and Connected TV (CTV) advertising campaigns

  • Build and maintain automated nurture campaigns within GoHighLevel

  • Monitor ad performance, analyze results, and recommend data-backed optimizations to improve lead quality and cost efficiency

  • Assist with foundational SEO tasks to support organic visibility alongside paid efforts

  • Support website-related marketing tasks and ensure consistent alignment between ads and landing pages

  • Generate and manage digital leads across multiple paid advertising channels

  • Report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and serve as a key operational support resource for the marketing team

  • Deliver regular performance updates and campaign insights to marketing leadership

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with measurable results

  • Strong understanding of digital lead generation strategies and conversion funnel optimization

  • Hands-on media buying experience across paid social and paid search channels

  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or comparable CRM and marketing automation platforms

  • Basic working knowledge of SEO principles and website management

  • Ability to interpret advertising analytics and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing leadership

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience running YouTube Ads or Connected TV (CTV) campaigns

  • Background in lead generation for service-based or home services industries

  • Experience building automated nurture sequences and structured drip campaigns

  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement strategies

  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies for creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages

  • Comfortable managing multiple active campaigns and projects simultaneously
