We are looking for a versatile Senior Sales Executive who understands the diverse needs of today’s traveler—from high-net-worth clients demanding perfection to independent travelers looking for the ultimate local HK itinerary.
Key Responsibilities
Dual-Channel Sales Drive: Build and execute sales strategies targeting both luxury, high-end clients (B2C/B2B) and volume-driven "Free & Easy" FIT travelers.
Bespoke & Flexible Consultation: Consult with clients to design everything from ultra-exclusive, high-touch itineraries to seamless, semi-structured FIT packages (including hotel, transfers, and curated local experience passes).
Account & Partner Management: Cultivate strong relationships with luxury hotels, local attraction operators, transport providers, and overseas travel agents to secure competitive rates for both FIT and premium segments.
Pipeline & Booking Management: Efficiently manage inquiries from quote to confirmation, utilizing travel booking systems to ensure accuracy and rapid response times for fast-paced FIT inquiries.
Market Trend Adaptation: Keep a pulse on evolving travel trends, identifying what independent travelers and luxury seekers want out of Hong Kong next.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 3–5 years of sales experience within the travel, hospitality, or tourism sector. Direct experience handling both FIT packages and luxury/VIP accounts is highly preferred.
Product Knowledge: A deep understanding of Hong Kong’s tourism ecosystem—from top-tier fine dining and exclusive events to the best local neighborhoods, transit options, and hidden gems for independent travelers.
Language Skills: Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required to connect with our diverse international and regional clientele.
Versatile Selling Style: Ability to pivot smoothly between consultative, high-touch selling for premium clients and efficient, high-volume package selling for FIT guests.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing modern CRM tools and travel booking systems to manage a fast-moving sales pipeline.
