Solar Foreman
QUALIFICATIONS:
2–4 years hands-on experience in solar PV installation, electrical works, or construction
Able to read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and site plans
Strong knowledge in tools and materials for Solar PV systems
Knowledgeable in troubleshooting, inverter setup, and system commissioning
TESDA NCII (PV Installation or Electrical Installation & Maintenance) is an advantage
