Export Customer Service (Shipment Consolidation and Sales)
• Conduct daily telemarketing and regular client visits to develop and maintain the target market.
• Distribute weekly vessel schedules and promotional flyers to customers.
• Secure new accounts for consol boxes and ensure targets align with the company's business plan.
• Support department leadership in identifying and developing new consolidation destinations.
• Manage customer inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings within agreed timelines.
• Prepare competitive shipment quotations with appropriate margins and clear terms.
• Coordinate loading sequences, carrier bookings, and shipping details; send booking confirmations to clients.
• Liaise with external partners to ensure accurate and timely cargo handling and documentation.
• Monitor cargo from consolidation through to final gate-in at the terminal.
• Submit weekly performance reports and support cost control initiatives.
