Tele Collector – Job Description
Conduct outbound calls to remind clients of overdue accounts and payments
Negotiate payment arrangements and encourage account settlement
Follow up customers regarding unpaid balances and due dates
Update customer information and collection records in the system
Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities and client conversations
Handle customer inquiries and provide payment details professionally
Meet daily call quota and monthly collection targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures
Endorse unresolved or disputed accounts to the concerned department
Maintain good customer relationship while achieving collection goals
