FrieslandCampina Thailand is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to drive the transformation of Ready-to-Drink Kids UHT into a science-backed, emotionally resonant brand that modern parents trust and love.
Purpose of the Role
Lead the brand’s long-term growth and communication strategy — shaping its positioning, driving 360° marketing excellence, and delivering tangible business results through powerful insights, creativity, and executional excellence.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Strategic Leadership & Brand Planning
Develop and execute data-driven brand strategies grounded in consumer and market insights.
Lead strategic and annual planning (12Q & AOP), aligning with commercial, channel, and innovation teams.
Own the brand calendar — balancing launches, equity campaigns, and conversion initiatives.
Align with global and regional teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and portfolio strategy.
🔹 Execution Excellence & Collaboration
Lead 360° campaign development from insight to execution across ATL, digital, social, and in-store.
Partner with R&D, Innovation, and Channel teams to translate innovation into compelling consumer stories.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Trade, and Shopper Marketing for flawless in-market execution.
Manage and inspire agencies to deliver outstanding creative and media performance.
🔹 Performance & Continuous Improvement
Track brand health, campaign performance, and business KPIs — turning data into actionable insights.
Champion brand marketing excellence and creative effectiveness.
Stay ahead of market and consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage A&P budgets with full accountability for investment efficiency and ROI.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
10+ years’ progressive experience in brand management (FMCG preferred).
Proven track record in integrated campaign development and cross-functional leadership.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate insights into business impact.
Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive and hands-on execution ability.
Fluent in Thai and English (spoken & written).
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
