Procurement Jr. Staff

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Procurement Staff to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to build a career in supply chain management by supporting our end-to-end sourcing and vendor management processes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or any Business-related program.

• Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing dependable suppliers and conducting initial vendor evaluations.

• Support negotiations for competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms for both local and imported materials, ensuring a balance between cost-efficiency and quality standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, timely purchasing process.
