Job Summary
The Part-Time Medical Consultant is a licensed physician responsible for providing medical consultation, conducting employee health assessments, and advising management on occupational health and wellness programs. The role ensures that employees receive proper medical guidance and that the company complies with workplace health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct medical consultations and assess employees’ health conditions.
Provide treatment recommendations and prescribe medications when necessary.
Review pre-employment and annual medical examination results.
Evaluate employees who are fit to work or returning to work after illness.
Respond to workplace medical concerns and provide professional medical advice.
Assist in developing and implementing company health and wellness programs.
Coordinate with the Company Nurse regarding employee medical concerns.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
Prepare and sign medical reports, certificates, and health assessments as needed.
Conduct health lectures and wellness seminars for employees.
