Monitoring and Incident Control Officer
We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined Monitoring and Incident Control Officer who can provide continuous 24/7 monitoring of live studio operations. The role focuses on incident detection, accurate documentation, and timely escalation, ensuring operational visibility and foundational compliance support.
This position is reactive and incident-driven, with clear procedures and defined escalation paths.
What type of work will you be doing? What skills will you be performing on a regular basis?
Continuous monitoring of live studio CCTV feeds and streaming systems
Identifying and logging operational or procedural incidents
Preparing daily surveillance summaries
Attaching video references with timestamps for reported incidents
Escalating issues to the Team Lead when required
Following strict confidentiality and compliance guidelines
Minimum qualifications:
High school graduate or college level preferred
Background in studio, casino, or live gaming operations is an advantage
Basic understanding of CCTV systems, live table monitoring, and streaming platforms
Ability to work rotational shifts (24/7 coverage)
Strong analytical and observation skills
Able to identify irregularities, procedural deviations, and operational risks
Good written communication skills
Capable of creating clear, structured, and accurate incident reports
Comfortable preparing daily logs and documentation with proper timestamps
Detail-oriented and able to remain focused for extended monitoring periods
Preferred qualifications:
At least 1–2 years experience in surveillance, gaming operations, or compliance monitoring
Experience preparing incident reports, escalation summaries, and operational documentation
Familiarity with live dealer tables
Strong sense of accountability and confidentiality
Ability to remain calm and objective under pressure
Good judgment in escalation decision-making
