Housekeeping Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall upkeep of our property. This role is responsible for managing the housekeeping team, ensuring high standards of hygiene, and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the housekeeping team, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are maintained to the highest standards.
Develop and implement cleaning procedures and quality control measures.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
Coordinate with other departments to support smooth operations and special events.
Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Hospitality Management or related course preferred.
3–5 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage a team and maintain high service standards.
Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning equipment, and safety protocols.
Experience in hotel or real estate property management is an advantage.
