We are a fast-growing financing company committed to improving lives. We're looking for a Loan Operations Specialist in Urdaneta City, Pangasinan.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in Business Administration Major in Financial Management, Banking and Microfinance, Accounting Information Systems or any relevant degree.
Preferably with relevant experience but fresh graduate is welcome to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
In-charge of loan documentation from pre-booking of account, printing of loan documents, request of comprehensive insurance, signing of loan documents if the client will sign inside the office, submission of loan documents for review; Acts as 1st reviewer of loan documents.
Conducts daily transaction reconciliation. Reports to be submitted to Finance Department the following day.
Ensures that all book disbursed documents has corresponding scanned documents after the receipt of complete loan documents from Sales & Marketing Department.
Monitors timely charging of insurance premium to clients account.
Checking of petty cash fund replenishment.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
