Lead Expansion in Southern Luzon

This role is for someone ready to take ownership of territory expansion.

As a Marketing Executive (Business Development), you will be the lead person scouting and developing new locations for Rest N Go stations across Southern Luzon, with strategic guidance and support from your Supervisor or Manager.

You will represent Rest N Go in key locations and help grow our presence in major cities, malls, and transport hubs.

You won’t be micromanaged — but you won’t be alone.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the scouting and identification of potential locations for Rest N Go stations

• Initiate and attend meetings with malls, commercial establishments, terminals, and partners

• Present Rest N Go’s business concept and partnership model

• Coordinate site assessments, follow-ups, and documentation

• Work closely with your Supervisor or Manager (both are based in Pasig City, MM) for strategy, approvals, and negotiations

• Submit regular territory updates and progress reports

Who We’re Looking For

• Must be a resident of LIPA CITY in Batangas

• With 1–3 years experience in sales, business development, leasing, or field marketing; Qualified FRESH graduates are also encourage to apply.

• Graduate of Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related courses

• Willing to travel within assigned Southern Luzon areas

• Confident, independent, and professional in client-facing roles

• Comfortable representing the company in meetings and site visits
