Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Licensed Civil Engineer

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in civil/structural engineering.

• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or industrial building projects.

• Strong exposure to steel structure design and construction.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent technical review and documentation skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, contractors, and project managers.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on cost efficiency and constructability.

• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary project environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate structural and civil engineering plans for warehouse or industrial-type buildings.

• Identify Value Engineering opportunities to optimize design, materials, and construction methods without compromising safety or performance.

• Provide technical comments and recommendations on project cost, including potential savings through design improvements.

• Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, project managers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and cost efficiency.

• Assess steel structural systems, including frames, trusses, connections, and foundations.

• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, engineering standards, and project specifications.

• Support the project team during design review meetings and technical discussions.

• Evaluate constructability issues and recommend practical solutions.

• Assist in reviewing shop drawings, design revisions, and engineering submissions.

• Monitor alignment between design intent and actual construction practices.
