1. Conduct site visits to water and wastewater treatment service clients, including interested parties requesting site visits, inspections, and meetings. The site visit also includes dosing procedures, and adjustment of dosing settings to achieve the control ranges for the maintained parameters.

2. Perform treatment assessments to ensure that the water and/or wastewater treatment service is seamless.

3. Perform sampling and laboratory analysis of water and wastewater treatment services samples.

4. Perform an inventory of all materials, equipment, and consumables related to water and wastewater services.

5. Ensure that equipment used in the related service is calibrated (according to calibration plan/schedule) and that these are functioning properly. If equipment is broken/damaged/needs to be repaired, the function is to request repair of the concerned equipment.

6. Ensure the compliance of clients (including sister companies) with environmental regulations and standards. This includes monitoring their respective wastewater treatment plant/facilities, application of additional treatment (if needed) to meet standards, and proposing necessary adjustments/improvements to the facilities.

7. Make reports to ensure environmental compliance. Ensure that the following documents (but not limited to, as long as within the scope of environmental regulations) are complied with:
A. Discharge Permit (LLDA)
B. Required Environmental Seminars (CEEP, CEES, Managing Head Envi Training, etc.)
C. SMRs (LLDA, DENR-EMB, PENRO)
D. CMRs (DENR-EMB)
E. PCL Compliance Certificate
F. WEM
G. Permit to Operate (DENR)
H. Ambient Air Quality Monitoring
I. PCO Accreditation
J. RA6969 (Haz Wates ID, Application of TP, Acquisition of COT, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Chemical Engineering

  • With at least one (1) year of experience in water treatment (heating and cooling systems), wastewater treatment, and pollution control

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Strong computer skills
