Quality Assurance Specialist – Feedmill
Job Scope:
Implement and maintain feed safety and quality systems (GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000).
Prepare and maintain SOPs, quality manuals, and documentation.
Conduct training and quality activities at feedmill operations.
Monitor raw materials, production processes, and finished feed quality.
Conduct internal audits and support external audits/certifications.
Handle corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
Ensure compliance with feed safety standards, sanitation, and operational procedures.
Prepare QA reports and monitor compliance performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Animal Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Agriculture, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in QA, laboratory, feedmill, or related industry.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and feed safety systems.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Willing to work on-site and travel if required.
