Data Entry Specialist
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team at Compliant Business Processing. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing a wide range of data essential to the efficient operations of our Freight/Cargo Forwarding business.
What you'll be doing
Accurately and efficiently input data into various systems and databases
Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered
Proactively identify and resolve any data discrepancies or inconsistencies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility
Adhere to established data management protocols and procedures
Provide support in generating reports and analysing data insights
Continuously look for ways to optimise data entry processes and improve efficiency
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry
Knowledgeable in EDI or incoterms
With experience in using CargoWise or similar systems
Graduate of BS Customs Administration or other related courses
A licensed Customs Broker is an advantage
Related work experience in a freight/brokerage firm
Experience in logistic and supply chain industry
Primary duty is to enter data within the SLA
He/she must ensure accuracy of data entry
Good communicator in email, chat, and online meetings

Permanent WFH* (terms and conditions apply). One-month onsite training required.
