About the role
DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY' is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service through voice or non-voice channels, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of support.
What you'll be doing
Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries and requests across various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat
Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Familiarity with customer service software and technologies
