Experienced Paraplanner | AU Clients | Hybrid Setup
We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to provide essential support to our financial advisers. You will play a key role in producing high‑quality advice documents, conducting research, and supporting end‑to‑end financial planning processes.
This role offers exposure to complex Australian advice strategies, the opportunity to work with different advisers and CRMs, and a flexible hybrid setup that promotes long‑term growth and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare comprehensive SOA and ROA advice documents
Create detailed review packs and client documentation
Conduct client data collection and CRM data entry
Perform financial modelling and research on suitable financial products and services
Prepare superannuation and lodgement‑related applications for financial products and services
Prepare a variety of client and investment reports
Assist financial planners with the implementation of recommendations
Provide administrative support, including CRM tasks
Ensure proper use of company equipment and software
Complete required training to continuously improve skills
Provide any related or incidental services required for effective support delivery
Paraplanner Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Paraplanner
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Economics, Accounting, Finance, or similar)
Proficiency in Xplan
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality advice output
Motivated, collaborative, and team‑oriented
