Warehouse Staff

Job Description:  Need Ink Sales & Services is currently looking for a reliable and efficient Warehouse Staff handles the physical movement, storage, tracking, and dispatching of goods within a logistics facility. They play a vital role in supply chain efficiency by ensuring accurate inventory records and safe material handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload inbound trucks, inspect containers for damage, and verify quantities against packing slips.

• Move received goods to their designated shelving areas, racks, or storage bins manually or using equipment.

• Ensure that materials are available for operational needs based on production plan.

• Maintain stocking level of inventory.

• Rotate inventory using First-In, First-Out (FIFO) rules and participate in periodic count cycles.

• Review and verifies regarding the movement of inventory items.

• Record all damage items/materials and report to R&D.

• Monitor and update bin card.

• Manage if the items/stocks are on its proper place, clean and organized.

• Keep workstations clean, clear aisles of hazards, and safely discard packing waste.
  

About You

The ideal candidate must have the following:

• Must be a College Level.

• At least 1 year or less relevant experience.

• Must be flexible, trustworthy, alert and attentive to follow directions.

• With good moral character

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).   

• Knowledge of standard office procedures.   

• Attention to detail and accuracy.   

• Strong interpersonal skills.   

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
