Serve as the strategic anchor of your division by being the ultimate strategist, an influential leader capable of rallying teams through market volatility, and the driving force behind our market dominance.
What we're looking for:
Leadership Velocity
At least 8-10 years of real estate experience (combined for leadership & selling)
Deep sophisticated expertise in upscale residential and office spaces
With a well-established network of high-net worth individuals (HNWIs)
Macro-Market Forecaster
Familiar with local property laws, regulations and industry best practices
In-depth knowledge about the Philippine real estate industry
Ability to analyze market data and redirect team focus
Leadership & Team Influence
Ability to influence and upskill a large salesforce
Maintain a high morale within the team
