Our client is looking for a highly dependable, execution-driven, and operationally hands-on Supply Chain & QA Operations Specialist to support the company’s rapidly expanding store network and commissary operations.

This role is best suited for candidates with strong exposure in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, commissary, distribution, inventory planning, or operational process improvement within food, restaurant, QSR, retail, or manufacturing environments.

The position will work closely with operations, commissary, procurement, logistics, warehouse, QA, and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution, operational readiness, inventory accuracy, process compliance, and efficient coordination across multiple locations.

This is a highly autonomous individual contributor role ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced operational environments and can solve problems independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations across stores and commissary

• Coordinate inventory movement, warehouse execution, fulfillment, and replenishment activities

• Monitor operational compliance, QA/QC standards, and process consistency

• Assist in commissary, warehouse, and distribution process improvements

• Coordinate with procurement, operations, logistics, and store teams to prevent stock shortages and operational disruptions

• Support operational reporting, inventory monitoring, and compliance documentation

• Identify recurring operational inefficiencies and implement corrective actions

• Conduct operational audits, process checks, and inventory validation when needed

• Help standardize workflows, SOPs, and execution procedures across locations

• Support store operational readiness and execution alignment during expansion activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, commissary, fulfillment, inventory, or operational support within F&B/QSR/retail/manufacturing environments

• Strong process-oriented and highly organized mindset

• Experience in inventory management, operational coordination, warehouse processes, or distribution planning is highly preferred

• Exposure to QA/QC, food safety, compliance, SOP implementation, or operational audits is an advantage

• Comfortable working independently and making operational decisions with minimal supervision

• Strong sense of accountability, urgency, and execution ownership

• Willing to work onsite and travel when operational support is needed
