Agronomist
Conduct technical evaluation and feasibility studies for proposed agricultural projects.
Recommend suitable crops, varieties, planting systems, and production methods based on site conditions and business objectives.
Prepare crop production plans, crop calendars, yield estimates, and farm input requirements.
Assist in the planning and development of fruit tree plantations, hydroponics/vertical farming, grains, stevia, tea, and other crop projects.
Evaluate soil, climate, Irrigation, pest control, fertilization, and post-harvest requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and technical partners.
Support farm layout planning, nursery setup, planting trials, and field implementation.
Monitor project progress, validate field results, and prepare technical reports and recommendations.
Provide technical guidance to farm/site teams during project implementation.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering, BS Agriculture and other Agricultural courses.
Candidate must possess at least 3 years of working experience in specialized crop/project exposure.
Licensed Agriculturists / Biosystems Engineer is preferred but not required.
Candidate must be from or willing to be assigned in STA.MARIA, BULACAN
