Assistant AC Technician & Cleaner

Position Title: Field Service Associate III (Assistant Technician & Cleaner)
Work Type: Full-time | Field-Based | 6 days per week
Work Location: Multiple client and sites (Metro Manila – Taguig, Makati, Mandaluyong, Pasig preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Field Service Associate III who will provide on-site housekeeping, logistics, and basic maintenance support across assigned locations. This role combines cleaning, logistics assistance, and support tasks for maintenance and AC teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and service-driven, with the ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.

Key Responsibilities

General Field Support

• Perform assigned housekeeping, logistics, and field tasks based on schedules and instructions

• Communicate updates, issues, and task completion to supervisors or office staff

• Accomplish required reports and documentation when needed

• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of company tools, equipment, and PPE

• Follow company policies, safety standards, and hygiene protocols at all times

Housekeeping Duties

• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and waste disposal

• Change linens, towels, and related materials as scheduled

• Assist in laundry operations (washing, drying, folding, ironing)

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas

• Report damages, maintenance concerns, or safety risks immediately

• Monitor and report supply inventory shortages

• Respond professionally to client requests and concerns

Logistics Support

• Transport supplies, equipment, materials, and personnel as assigned

• Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing items

• Ensure timely delivery and retrieval of items between sites

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle

• Report delays, issues, or vehicle concerns promptly

Maintenance & AC Assistance

• Assist technicians in preparing tools, moving equipment, and setting up work areas

• Support non-technical tasks during maintenance or AC-related work

• Observe safety procedures and proper PPE usage

• Report facility or equipment issues to the appropriate team

Qualifications

• High school graduate

• At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping, logistics, or field operations (preferred)

• Physically fit and able to carry moderate loads

• Willing to travel to different sites

• Basic English communication skills

• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy

• Customer-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision

• Willing to work 6 days a week

• With NBI clearance and negative drug test

• Resides near Taguig, Makati, Mandaluyong, or Pasig (preferred)

Preferred (Not Required)

• TESDA NC II (Housekeeping or RAC Servicing)

• Experience in maintenance support, inventory, or logistics

• Valid driver’s license (motorcycle or 4-wheel vehicle)

• Knowledge of basic safety procedures and PPE use

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: ₱12,000 – ₱15,000 per month

• Allowance: Transportation or monthly allowance (depending on qualification)

• Performance Bonus: ₱0 – ₱1,500 per quarter

• Mobile load allowance

• Government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)

• 13th month pay (guaranteed)

• HMO upon regularization

• Service Incentive Leave after 6 months and other applicable leaves
