Company Nurse / Occupational Health Nurse
(Warehouse, Logistics, Office & Contractors)
Qualifications
- BOSH Safety Officer 2 (SO2) certification is an advantage
- First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Strong knowledge of DOLE OSH Standards applicable to warehouse, logistics, and office environments
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Company Nurse (logistics or industrial setting preferred)
- Proficient in emergency response, case management, and occupational health monitoring
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to warehouse, logistics, officem ployees, and on-site contractors
- Assist with pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work medical evaluations
- Monitor health conditions and vital signs of high-risk groups (equipment operators, drivers, office staff with sedentary risks, and contractors working onsite)
- Maintain clinic supplies, medical records, and ensure compliance with DOLE occupational health requirements
- Support infection control, sanitation, and disease monitoring across warehouses logistics areas, and office spaces
- Assist in the implementation of health and safety programs covering warehouse operations, office environments, and contractor activities
- Participate in safety inspections, incident investigations, and toolbox health talks for employees and contractors
- Coordinate with the facilities team, supervisors, physicians, EHS teams, and contractor safety representatives
- Promote wellness programs focused on hydration, fatigue management, ergonomics, stress management, and overall workforce well-being
- Assist in the implementation of new health regulations and manage emerging health concerns affecting employees and contractor
