Portfolio Marketing Sr Manager
Primary Responsibilities
Lead brand and portfolio strategy by shaping compelling value propositions, cohesive messaging, and integrated campaign strategies across multiple brands and product lines. Leverage data, insights, and analytics to inform decision-making, optimize performance, and guide investment priorities. Champion innovation by piloting and scaling modern marketing technologies, including AI-driven solutions, while promoting best practices across the portfolio. Oversee creative development and campaign execution, managing agencies and internal teams to deliver high-quality, on‑brand marketing with measurable business impact. Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders, influencing adoption of best‑in‑class marketing approaches and driving brand consistency, growth, and reputation.
Requirements:
10–12 years of experience with 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, portfolio marketing, or related roles, ideally within healthcare, pharma, or other regulated industries.
Proven expertise in brand strategy, messaging, and creative development.
Experience leading cross‑portfolio or multi‑brand campaigns and managing editorial calendars.
Strong analytical capability, with demonstrated ability to generate actionable insights from complex datasets.
Demonstrated success driving marketing innovation initiatives, including AI or advanced Martech adoption.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate shifting priorities and timelines.
Amenable with a night shift schedule (8PM Manila time)
