Branch in-Charge

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Encode weekly summary reports in the site.

• In charge with the deposit sales.

• Prepare cash bills and receive payments from the distributor.

• Reporting of Employees purchase.

• Checking of the products and inventory from the releasing staff daily.

• Requesting monthly supplies from Purchasing Department.

• Performing reconciliation.

• Monthly monitoring of Distributors maintenance under branch.

• Updating of product expiry dates in the warehouse.

• Coordination with the Leaders and distributors when regards to training and seminars schedule.

• Assist distributors and walk ins in purchasing, product and business information.

• Addressing distributor concerns regarding product issues and the current marketing plan.

• Social media engagement

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, commerce or any related course.

2. 1-2 years of relevant experience in branch operations, sales or customer service.

3. Understanding in daily branch activities, customer needs, compliance or logistics.

4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

5. Customer engagement and product knowledgeable.

6. Ability to meet targets and handle pressure effectively
