Social Media Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for a creative and organized Part-Time Social Media Virtual Assistant to support a content creator and online brand with social media management, brand outreach, and partnership coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the digital space, communicating with brands, creating simple graphics, and helping grow an online presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day social media support across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube

• Conduct outreach to brands and potential collaboration partners via email, Instagram, and other platforms

• Identify and qualify brands aligned with the creator’s audience, niche, and content style

• Maintain outreach trackers, follow-ups, and partnership status updates using Google Sheets or similar tools

• Coordinate communication between the creator and interested brands

• Create simple social media graphics and branded visuals using Canva

• Support content promotion, engagement, and online growth initiatives

• Collaborate with the creator to improve outreach messaging and partnership strategies

Requirements

• Strong English communication and writing skills

• Familiarity with major social media platforms and online creator culture

• Experience using Canva, Google Sheets, Gmail, and social media tools

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently

• Previous experience in social media, virtual assistance, influencer outreach, or admin support is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting creators, influencers, or online businesses

• Basic understanding of brand partnerships and social media marketing

• Creative eye for simple graphic design and branding
