Research & Development Staff/Supervisor
Job description
Search for new technologies/knowledges from internal or external company, and combine those to create new value.
Perform and coordinate with factory on maintaining or improving product quality, improving production process and trouble shooting of existing products.
Perform and coordinate the cost reduction activities of existing products including monitor the cost of raw materials effecting to products, find & evaluate new ingredients of alternative.
Others upon assignment.
Job Qualification
Bachelor degree or higher in Food Engineering, Food Science, Food Technology, or related fields.
Having 1-4 year's experiences in Research & Development (Food and Beverage Industry).
Experience with coffee production/processes will be considered an advantage.
Scientific knowledge and regulations & quality compliance knowledge is preferable.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Able drink coffee, not allergic to wheat, milk, soybean products.
