Clinical Apps Specialist (Nursing / RadTech)

About the role

As a Clinical Apps Specialist (Nursing/RadTech) at Variance Trading Corporation, you will play a crucial role in supporting the success of our innovative medical products. In this full-time position, you will provide tailored training, demonstrations, and technical support to our clients, ensuring they can fully leverage the capabilities of our cutting-edge solutions.

What you'll be doing

1. Delivering comprehensive product training and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to maximise the benefits of our products

2. Offering on-site and remote technical support to address client queries and troubleshoot any issues, ensuring seamless product integration and usage

3. Collaborating closely with the sales team to identify and address customer needs, providing valuable insights to inform product development and enhancement

4. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to maintain your expertise and provide clients with informed guidance

5. Contributing to the creation of training materials, user manuals, and other resources to support the effective adoption of our products

6. Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase our solutions and build strong relationships with key stakeholders

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Radiologic Technology, or any related allied health program

2. Excellent communication and presentation skills

3. Confident in facilitating product demonstrations and training sessions

4. Willing to conduct fieldwork and visit hospitals or client sites

5. PRC license is an advantage but not required

• Fresh graduates with hospital exposure and basic familiarity with medical devices

• Individuals with at least 6 months experience in clinical environments or in medical device training/support roles
