Key Responsibilities

• Product Promotion

  • Actively promote assigned products to customers

  • Explain features, benefits, and pricing clearly

  • Offer samples or demonstrations when required

• Customer Assistance

  • Greet and approach customers in a friendly manner

  • Answer inquiries and recommend products based on needs

  • Encourage purchases and upsell when possible

• Merchandising

  • Arrange products neatly on shelves or display areas

  • Ensure proper product placement and visibility

  • Monitor stock levels and request replenishment

• Inventory Monitoring

  • Keep track of stock availability

  • Report out-of-stock or damaged items

  • Assist in stock counting if needed

• Sales Reporting

  • Record daily sales and submit reports to supervisors

  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor activity

• Store Coordination

  • Work closely with store staff and supervisors

  • Follow store policies and brand guidelines
