We believe student success comes from strong classroom teaching combined with consistent support outside the classroom. Our team works together to ensure students receive both quality instruction and the guidance they need to stay on track with their learning goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Learning Support

  • Support students outside the classroom by helping them review lessons and practice exercises

  • Help clarify points students may not fully understand from class

  • Assist students with homework or additional practice

  • Encourage students to stay consistent with their learning goals

  • Monitor student progress and share updates with the academic team

2. Collaboration

  • Coordinate with teachers and Education Advisors to ensure students receive appropriate support

  • Share observations on student progress and learning needs

3. General Administration

  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to student learning support

  • Help organize learning materials and student records

  • Support coordination between students, teachers, and the academic team

  • Assist with basic operational tasks to ensure classes and student support sessions run smoothly


This position is not a classroom teaching role. The role focuses on supporting students outside the classroom and assisting with general administrative tasks to help ensure smooth learning operations.


Qualifications

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

  • Strong interest in education and student development

  • Good English proficiency and clear communication skills

  • A supportive and patient mindset when working with students

  • Ability to explain concepts in a simple and encouraging way

  • Willingness to work closely with teachers and academic staff

  • This role requires working on Saturdays and Sundays.
    Employees work 5 days per week, including weekends, with 2 days off on weekdays.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting students, tutoring, or mentoring

  • Familiarity with English learning or IELTS preparation

  • English proficiency test scores (IELTS, TOEIC, CEFR, etc.)
