Monday to Friday | 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Professionally handles high volume inbound calls to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
Presents new products and services
Enhance customer experience and satisfaction
Demonstrate ability to gauge customer response
Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess, and fulfill customer needs, and educate customer
Resolve customer issues via one-call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process
Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers
Responsible for call disposition or compiling and generating reports as required

Qualifications:
Korean Bilingual speaking Agents (Preferably Filipino Native)
Must be fluent in both English and Korean
Open to College Graduates
Undergraduates or SHS/HS graduates (old curriculum) must have at least 6 months of BPO experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Amenable to working on shifting schedules
Willing to work in a Hybrid Set Up
Preferably based in Metro Manila
Must have an active Viber account
