Overview:
We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Admin Specialist to support our growing team. This role combines sales administration, CRM management, content coordination, and digital marketing support.
Key Responsibilities
Real Estate & Client AdministrationManage and organize property information, contracts, and NDAs
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules
Support sales administration workflows and internal coordination
Create and edit marketing materials using Canva, CapCut, Figma, and Adobe tools
Assist with graphics, video editing, and branded digital content
Manage campaigns and workflows using Go High Level and ActiveCampaign
Familiar with automation and campaign workflows
Track engagement and help optimize campaign performance
Support content planning and publishing across:
Facebook
Instagram
TikTok
YouTube
LinkedIn (has extensive experience)
Maintain weekly content alignment and scheduling consistency
