QUALITY CONTROL SPECIALIST
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology and other related course
Preferably at least 6months work experience
Hard working, can work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Willing to be assigned in Meycauayan, Bulacan
Job Description:
Checks and verify weights of ingredients at mixing
Verify completeness of ingredients.
Checks and records temperature of margarine/egg.
Conducts GMP audit from mixing/premix area.
Conducts GMP audit of personnel per area.
Performs line clearance audit every start-up/end of production.
