Factory worker
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable factory worker to join our production team at Instyle Newgem Cosmetic Corporation in Quezon City, Metro Manilaor Bulacan. As a fulltime factory worker, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate assembly and processing of our cosmetic products. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry.
What you'll be doing
Participate in the assembly and processing of cosmetic products according to established procedures and quality standards
Operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively to ensure efficient production
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of work area and equipment
Monitor and report on production output, quality, and any issues or concerns
Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and protocols
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a factory or production environment, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with operating machinery and equipment
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate to achieve production goals
Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
