Non-Voice Customer Service Associate | Up to 30K Salary


What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests through non-voice communication channels

  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience

  3. Identify and escalate complex customer issues to appropriate team members

  4. Assist with the resolution of customer complaints and concerns

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes and procedures
