Job description:
Job Summary:
Responsible for the overall administration of government mandated benefits and company initiated benefits. Ensures the timely remittance of all government mandated and company initiated benefits.
Responsibilities:
Performs regular tasks pertaining to government mandated benefits such as SSS, PAGIBIG, PhilHealth in updating of records.
Enrolls newly hired and deletes separated employees respectively in government mandated benefits.
Processes employee requests for membership change request.
Prepares PhilHealth Certificate (CF1, Contribution, MDR) requests.
Processes employee request for merging of HDMF records.
Handles remittance validation and posting of government mandated benefits:
o Validation of monthly contributions and generation of reports
o Timely payment and accurate posting of employees government mandated contributions
Administers SSS, PAGIBIG, and PhilHealth benefits for all employees:
o Processing of loan applications and release.
o Preparation and releasing of Certificate of Contributions as requested by the employees.
o Processing of Maternity and Sickness Claims including preparation, releasing and reimbursement
Processes BIR related application:
o Processing of 1902 BIR Registration for new hires
o Processing of Application for Registration Information Update (1905)
Secures yearly certificate of compliance of Vantage Group from SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF.
Monitors and updates HMO and Life Insurance coverage of all employees every renewal period:
o Processing of HMO and Life Insurance inclusion for newly hired and deletion for separated employees.
o Preparation of RFP for payment of HMO Utilization according to billing advise and for the annual payment of Group Life Insurance
Monitors the coverage of company uniform, allowance and ID administration:
o Monitoring and updating of non-taxable allowance for all eligible employees
o Monitoring the coverage of uniform allowance of eligible employees
o Preparation and releasing of OJT allowance
Attends to all government mandated and company benefit related questions and queries of all employees
Maintains timely filing of DOLE assessment per branch
Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
