HUMAN RESOURCE SUPERVISOR
The HR Supervisor oversees and supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient delivery of HR services including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, timekeeping, and compliance. This role acts as a bridge between management and employees while ensuring policies, procedures, and labor standards are properly implemented.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise daily HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation
• Guide and support HR staff in performing assigned duties
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, leave administration, and payroll coordination
• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and labor laws
• Ensure proper implementation of company rules, code of conduct, and due process
• Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and employee issues
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment process from manpower request to hiring
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and job offers
• Ensure timely deployment and hiring based on company needs
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Maintain accurate and updated employee records (201 files)
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation for management
• Coordinate with department heads and management on HR-related matters
• Assist in company initiatives, trainings, and employee engagement activities
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 8–10 yrs experience in HR, 5 yrs in supervisory level preferred.
• Knowledgeable in labor laws, HR processes, and employee relations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
